This opening brings together the first three recipients of CRS's Distinguished Service Award. They'll discuss the following areas and others:

  • What contributions they feel they've made to the industry
  • What their perspective is on the industry from where it was through how it's evolved and where it's at today
  • What they see for the future of the industry
  • What their perspective is on education
  • What they note as differences in successful agents vs. the average agent
  • How they believe companies will survive and thrive, regardless of whether they're large or small
