SELL-A-BRATION® SPONSORSHIP
For the past 15 years Sell-a-bration has provided a forum for top-performing agents and brokers to discover new ideas and share proven results that will improve their businesses. The event features an engaging and dynamic format that includes unparalleled educational sessions, panel discussions on current topics, top keynote speakers, and social and networking opportunities.

If you market products and services to the residential real estate community, Sell-a-bration is an excellent opportunity to gain access to nearly 1,200 influential professionals who are constantly searching for the latest products and services that will help them be more successful.

Sell-a-bration 2005 takes place in Las Vegas, February 8 - 10. The event is a wonderful opportunity to create brand awareness for your company and develop one-on-one relationships in a friendly, learning environment. We hope you take advantage of the following opportunities:

Product / Service Showcase

We will provide a special informational session for you to demonstrate or discuss your product or service. Each session will last one hour and capacity for each room will be 200 people.

The Council will negotiate with the hotel to secure the best price for rooms. Sponsors will then be responsible for paying for their room and any additional equipment needs - audio visual equipment, computers, etc.

In addition, table top displays will be setup at our Welcome Reception, which will allow you a three hour window to sell or demonstrate your product to the attendees. The Welcome Reception will be held on Tuesday, February 8, 2005 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

A deposit for your showcase/table top is due no later than October 15th with final payment due on November 30th.

SELL-A-BRATION® SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

The Council offers three sponsorship packages to choose from:

Platinum Sponsor ($10,000)

Gold Sponsor ($5,000)

Bronze Sponsor ($2,500)

Details about what is included in each package are listed below. As you read through, keep in mind that we are willing to mix and match parts of sponsorships to meet your needs. If you have any questions, please contact Tavi Toso at 312.321.4420.

Platinum Sponsorship Package ($10,000)
Each Platinum Sponsor gets their choice of one of the following:

  • Sponsorship of all sessions (10 sessions)
  • Sponsorship of all Networking Lunches (Fri. and Sat., includes reserved table)
  • Sponsorship of all Refreshment Breaks
  • Sponsorship Fun Night Dinner & Reception

This package also includes:

  • Two complimentary registrations to the event (includes Fun Night)
  • Product or Service Showcase Opportunity (10 spaces available)
  • Table Top display at the Welcome Reception (Thursday night)
  • Two complimentary lunch tickets to each of the Networking Lunches
  • Sell-a-bration Website logo with link
  • Your name and logo displayed on all direct marketing and informational pieces
  • Your name and logo displayed on the sponsorship banner and signage during theevent
  • Your name and logo displayed on power point display during one of the General Sessions and acknowledgement from our emcee
  • Video clip to be shown at one of the General Sessions (sponsor to provide, not to exceed two minutes)
  • Full page Advertisement in Program Workbook (1,200 three hole punched copies
    needed by 11/15)
  • 8-1/2" x 11" promotional piece for every seat in one of the General Sessions (sponsor responsible for printing piece
  • Complimentary placement ad in the CRS Product Catalog (only available if you hold the Quality Tested Seal)
  • Recognition in the December/January issue of TRS
  • Pre and post attendee mailing list
  • One set of CRS Member labels on disk
  • Group sponsor photo opportunity in the February/March issue of TRS (40,000 circulation)

Gold Sell-a-bration Sponsorship Package ($5,000)
Each Gold Sponsor gets their choice of one of the following:

  • Sponsorship of one Continental Breakfast (Friday or Saturday)
  • Sponsorship of Fun Night Reception (drink tickets)

This package also includes:

  • One complimentary registration to the event (does not include Fun Night)
  • Product or Service Showcase Opportunity (20 spaces available)
  • Table Top display at the Welcome Reception (Thursday night)
  • One complimentary lunch ticket to each Networking Lunches
  • Sell-a-bration Website logo with link
  • Your name and logo displayed on all direct marketing and informational pieces
  • Your name and logo displayed on the sponsorship banner and signage during the event
