Question: What makes Sell-a-bration® different from other educational conferences?
Answer: Members of the Council of Residential Specialists from all over the country and parts of the world attend Sell-a-bration®. They are the top echelon of REALTORS® and are a great source of both ideas and referrals. On the education side, the Council combines nationally known speakers, dynamic education sessions showcasing the latest business strategies and exciting panel discussions with successful real estate agents.

*Includes: Event registration fee, non-refundable application fee of $50 (normally $100), $120 non-refundable full year's membership dues to the Council.
**Essentials of International Real Estate will be held in two half-day sessions prior to Sell-a-bration® on February 8, 1 – 4:30 p.m., and February 9, 8:30 a.m. – noon. Both parts must be taken for Designation Credit.
This course is only open to Sell-a-bration® attendees.

Q: If I’m not a member of the Council, what’s in it for me?
A: All REALTORS® can learn from the educational and keynote sessions and can benefit from networking with their peers. You can learn more about the Council and decide if you would benefit by joining and earning the CRS Designation. Your membership brings your professionalism up a notch and gives you a competitive edge in your marketplace.

Q: Can I attend Sell-a-bration® even though I am not a member?
A: Yes, Sell-a-bration® is open to both members and non-members. As a member, you receive the benefit of attending at the member price. Non-members can join The Council and take advantage of the member price through a special discount to become a member.

Q: What is Fun Night?
A: It is a four-hour event where you will have plenty of time to network, eat and dance. Tickets are $30 for attendees and $60 for spouses/guests. Enjoy to one of San Antonio's best bands.
