20th Anniversary of Sell-a-bration® 2008 in Honolulu
Chicago, November 12, 2007 — There’s still
time to register for Sell-a-bration® 2008, the
annual education and networking event sponsored by
the Council of Residential Specialists, Jan. 28 – 30,
2008, at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort and Spa
in Honolulu. Led by Howard Brinton, president and founder
of Star Power Systems, the 20th anniversary of this
one-of-a-kind educational program will energize and
motivate agents to take their business to the next
level. And once again, agents can earn one unit of
elective credit toward the CRS Designation by attending
Sell-a-bration®.
Brinton says there’s never been a better time

Council of Residential Specialists Gears Up
for 20th Annual Sell-a-bration®
CHICAGO, October 2, 2007 -- The Council of Residential
Specialists is finalizing preparations for the 20th
anniversary of Sell-a-bration®, its annual premier
educational and networking event. Top real estate professionals
from across the country and around the world will descend
upon the beaches of Waikiki Jan. 28 – 30, 2008
for the event, which will be held at the Hilton Hawaiian
Village Resort and Spa in Honolulu .
Industry-leading instructors and panelists will deliver
an invaluable opportunity for agents to grow their
referral business, learn about new professional tools
and skills, and increase their success. At the helm
once again is Howard Brinton, president and founder
of Star Power Systems. Brinton and the Council teamed
to develop a one-of-a-kind educational program that
is sure to please. And once again, agents can earn
one unit of elective credit toward the CRS Designation
by attending Sell-a-bration®.

General sessions feature some of the industry’s
top speakers who will tackle the issues that are affecting
REALTORS’® business today. Howard Brinton
kicks off the festivities with an opening session,
Tough Times Spawn a Tougher CRS, on Jan. 28. Brinton’s
Jan. 29 morning general session, titled Ninja Selling — Gaining
a Life By Improving Your Income Per Hour, will focus
on the renowned real estate approach to success.
Mike Russer (a.k.a. “Mr. Internet”), of
Russer Communications, will lead the afternoon session
on Jan. 29 From Clicks to Closes – Transform
Online Visitors to Closed Transactions. In the morning
session on Jan. 30, Gee Dunsten, CRS, will lead a discussion
about working with different generations of buyers
and sellers in Generation Xers, Ys and Boomers: From
Adversaries to Allies – Your Road Map to Success.
And Brinton will teach the seven qualities strong agents
must possess in the session’s closing session,

can choose between Ninja Selling and Ninja Selling

The Courses will be taught by Walter J. Frey, CRS,
and Larry Kendall. “Having Walt Frey and Larry
Kendall presenting [the courses] in the days preceding
the event makes this an unbelievable win for people

The 20th anniversary of Sell-a-bration® provides
